All SSEs (excluding SSEs at pilot branches). Pl take note that the 2014 bsc is not applicable to SSEs for assessment year 2014. After a meeting with the revelant parties, it has been agreed that the 2013 bsc is more relevant to appraise the SSEs. SSEs at pilot branches kindly ensure that the KPIs are relevant to your job functions.
